In the first half of the financial year 2025 (1HFY25), the company reported revenue of AUD 115.2 million, up 12% from AUD 102.9 million in 1HFY24, supported by an 8.6% increase in funeral volumes to 11,549 and a 2.6% rise in average revenue per funeral to AUD 6,727.
Operating EBITDA for the period grew by 9.1% YoY to AUD 29.9 million, driven by contributions from 11 acquisitions completed across FY24 and 1HFY25. Meanwhile, operating PAT rose 20.8% YoY to AUD 12.2 million, while the company invested approximately AUD 13 million in three acquisitions during the period.
Business Update
On 19 June 2025, the company announced that co-founders Fraser Henderson and Lilli Rayner will assume the roles of Co-Chief Executive Officers, effective 1 September 2025, succeeding fellow co-founder and current Managing Director Albin Kurti, who will retire on 31 August 2025. The company also stated that current Group Financial Controller, Arash Noaeen, will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer.
