Qualitas Limited (ASX:QAL) is an Australia-based alternative real estate investment management firm, providing a variety of investment solutions tailored to institutional, wholesale, and retail clients.
In the financial year 2024 (FY24), QAL’s fund management revenue went up by 21.65% YoY to AUD 53.69 million while normalized group EBITDA increased by 24.57% YoY to AUD 41.89 million and normalized group NPAT surged by 24.81% YoY to AUD 27.28 million.
QAL’s FY 24 revenue growth was driven by a 46% YOY increase in committed funds under management to AUD 8.9 billion and net capital inflows of AUD 2.8 billion.

The top 10 shareholders have ~75.34% shareholding in the company and the top four have nearly 57.12% of the shareholding. Schwartz (Andrew), and ACS Qualitas Management Pty. Ltd. have highest stakes in the company with a shareholding of ~23.84% and 22.40%, respectively.

Recent business update
On 4 September 2024, the company notified about the appointment of Darren Steinberg as an independent non-executive director of the board, effective from 1 October 2024. He will be part of the Board Nomination, Remuneration and Culture Committee and the Investment Committee.
Mr Steinberg will stand for election at annual general meeting of QAL, scheduled on 29 November 2024.
Outlook
In FY25, the expects to register NPBT in the range of AUD 49-55 million, reflecting a rise of 26-41% over the previous corresponding period. The forecasted range of EPS for FY25 is 11.50 cps to 12.91 cps.
QAL’s management highlighted that there is substantial investor demand for private credit, especially in the commercial real estate sector, and this extends stable earnings.
