Ever since Battery Anode Material Study confirmed that its flagship asset, Siviour Graphite Project could produce Purified Spherical Graphite (PSG) at amongst the lowest cost of any graphite development in the world, the Company has made noteworthy progress, including positive results from independent test works. Meanwhile, Renascor welcomed multiple gold drill targets up to 16 g/t at its 100%-owned Carnding Project in Central Gawler Craton, as well as pursued the project expansion.

Richard (Dick) Keevers- Non-Executive Chairman
Before joining the Renascor board in July 2020, Mr Keevers was the chairman of Eyre Peninsula Minerals Proprietary Limited. He has experience in advancing several producing mines from the discovery phase through development. It includes the Telfer gold and copper mine, the Baal Gammon copper mine and the Phosphate Hill phosphate mine.
He was also a substantial shareholder and an executive director for Australian share brokerage firm, Pembroke Josephson Wright Limited, and has served as the board member of various ASX-listed companies in the resource and industrial areas.
Currently, Mr Keevers is a non-executive director of Santana Minerals Limited.
David Christensen- Managing Director
Experienced mining executive, David Christensen has recent successful experience in management, exploration, mining and marketing operations. Before founding Renascor, Mr Christensen served as Chief Executive Officer of Adelaide?based companies, Quasar Resource Pty Ltd and Heathgate Resources Pty Ltd. At Heathgate and Quasar, he oversaw Australian operations, comprising the Beverley uranium mine and new project expansions with the discovery as well as development of the Four Mile deposit and several JVs.
Furthermore, he has served as President at trading and marketing company, Nuclear Fuels Corporation, where he was involved in the management of a uranium portfolio worth multi?million dollar as well as responsible for the development of sales strategy, negotiation of all contracts, and execution of trades and swaps.
His career began with international law firm Latham & Watkins, where he served as an attorney in its California and London offices, and advised on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Christensen studied at Cornell University (BA, Economics and Classical Civilizations), the University of California, Los Angeles (JD) and the Universitá di Bologna (Fulbright Fellow).
Geoff McConachy- Non-Executive Director
An accomplished geologist, Geoffrey McConachy has more than 30 years of experience in assessing a wide range of commodities in the Australian and international mining industry. Before joining Renascor Resources, Mr McConachy worked as Managing Director for Exploration at Quasar Resources Pty Ltd and Heathgate Resources Pty Ltd, leading the exploration and development team in discovering, defining and evaluating four uranium deposits, including the Four Mile deposit. Significantly, he was co-honoured with the Prospector of the Year award for the Four Mile project by the Australian Association of Mining & Exploration Companies.
He has handled instrumental roles concerning the discovery of New South Wales-based Potosi base metal deposit and Victoria-based Fosterville gold deposit.
Mr McConachy is a former Director of the Uranium Information Centre and a fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Stephen Bizzell- Non-Executive Director
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Stephen Bizzell is Chairman at Bizzell Capital Partners, a boutique corporate advisory and funds management group.
He holds more than 25 years of corporate finance and public company management experience in the Australian and Canadian resources sector. Mr Bizzel earlier served as an Executive Director of Arrow Energy from 1999 until Royal Dutch Shell and PetroChina acquired it for $3.5 billion in 2010. He was instrumental in the corporate and commercial success of Arrow and backed its growth from a junior explorer to a large integrated energy company.
His early career was in the tax division of Coopers & Lybrand and the corporate finance division of Ernst & Young. He is also a former director of Queensland Treasury Corporation.
Mr Bizzel during the past three years has served as a Director of varying ASX-listed companies, which include:

Pierre Van Der Merwe- Company Secretary
With over 30 years of experience, Pierre Van Der Merwe serves as an accountant holding extensive knowledge in the provision of corporate secretarial and accounting services to ASX-listed entities.
Mr Merwe has experience as CFO and was a partner in HLB Mann Judd, an Australasian and International accountancy and business advisory group, from 2004 to 2016. During the time, he headed Adelaide-based Corporate Team, providing accounting and corporate secretarial services to a host of ASX-listed companies from different industries, specialising in exploration and mining activities.
He served as a company secretary of following ASX-listed companies, amongst others:
- Terramin Australia Ltd (ASX: TZN) during its transition from exploration to mining at its Strathalbyn site
- Papyrus Australia Ltd (ASX: PPY)
- Bondi Mining Ltd (ASX: BOM), which further changed its name to World Titanium Resources Ltd
