Radiopharm Theranostics (ASX:RAD) has confirmed the continuation of its service agreement with Acclime Australia, which provides statutory reporting, company secretarial, CFO, financial management, accounting, bookkeeping and payroll processing services.
As part of the ongoing arrangement, the clinical-stage oncology radiopharmaceutical company has announced changes to its finance and governance functions, including the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary. The appointments take effect immediately and support the company's ongoing operational and governance activities.
Leadership Transition Announced
Phillip Hains, who had served under the agreement with Acclime Australia, has resigned from his roles as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary.
As part of the transition, Acclime Australia has nominated Aaron Laurita to assume the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer. He brings commercial and finance experience gained through working with organisations across multiple sectors, including biotechnology, in Canada, Australia and the United States over the past decade.
He holds a Bachelor of Business (Professional Accountancy) from RMIT University, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Amritha Sushil of Acclime Australia has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary. Sushil has experience in corporate governance and compliance and is a Chartered Secretary as well as an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Nathan Jong of Acclime Australia will continue serving as Joint Company Secretary alongside Sushil.
RAD shares were trading at AUD 0.02 per share, up 2.5%, at the time of writing on 1 June 2026.
