Appointed on 15th April 2019, Mr Matthew Driscoll holds substantial experience across numerous industries, including financial services, online technologies, property, fintech and resources. He holds over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and capital markets and is an accomplished company director in roles across private and listed companies.
Moreover, he has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, international business growth, debt and equity raisings, and building strategic alliances, and remains committed to commercial, ethical and consumer-based outcomes.
He is a former Chairman of Powerwrap Limited (PWL) and Chairman of Killara Resources Limited (KRA).

Mr Gino DâAnna, Non-Executive Director (B. Com (Hon))
Blinaâs board has recently appointed Mr Gino DâAnna as a Non-Executive Director following a consultation process to support in its rebuilding efforts.
He is an experienced public company officer at both National and International level, with considerable experience in public company operations, primary and secondary capital markets, resource exploration, administration and financial management.
He holds particular experience in Canadian Government and First Nations relations in the mining sector. Previously, he has worked as a founding shareholder and founding Executive Director of Atrum Coal (ASX: ATU) and a corporate advisory consultant to Excelsior Gold Limited.

Mr Neville Basset, Non-Executive Director (Chartered Accountant)
Mr Neville Basset has been recently appointed as the companyâs Non-Executive Director, following the withdrawal of consent by Mr John Fillmore. He is a CA with specialisation in corporate, financial and management advisory services.
He has over 35 years of experience in accounting, finance and stockbroking. His expertise comprises in-depth knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX listing requirements, corporate taxation and finance.
Moreover, he is an in-demand consultant to publicly listed companies and private company groups, throughout a broad range of industry sectors. He is also a director or company secretary at several public and private companies.
Mr Stuart Usher, Company Secretary (CPA, MBA and Chartered Company Secretary)
Replacing Mr Richard Joughin, Mr Stuart Usher was hired as the Company Secretary in October this year. An MBA from the University of Western Australia, Mr Usher, has more than 25 years of experience in the management and corporate affairs of public listed companies. He has experience across many industries focusing on Strategy & Planning, Corporate & Financial Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Investor Relations & Corporate Governance.
