What is UFO Gaming crypto?

In July 2021, the UFO Gaming crypto was launched. It was introduced on the Ethereum blockchain; but to save money on gas prices, they switched to a Polygon’s layer-2 solution. UFO Gaming is based on a DAO (decentralised autonomous organisation).

It’s a gaming Metaverse platform with the goal of bridging the gap between the play-to-earn crypto model and traditional AAA gaming. Players can also earn rewards by taking part in the UFO Gaming ecosystem.

Moreover, UFO Gaming is a community-oriented ecosystem with smart contracts that are also safe and secure as well as Hacken-audited.

Its primary token $UFO is 100% Community Owned. 50% are added to Uniswap, while 50% are burnt forever. It has a total supply of 25,757,575,757,576, as per CoinMarketCap. Users need to stake UFO or UFO/ETH LP in The Cosmos, to play Super Galactic, the first game in the ecosystem. To play Super Galactic, users need a playable character or NFTs that are called UFOeps.

The other two tokens are $UAP, which one can earn by finishing Super Galactic’s daily missions that involve breeding UFOeps, and Plasma Points that a user generates by staking UFO which the user will use to purchase UFOeps to play the Super Galactic game.

UFO Gaming’s first NFT-based game, Super Galactic, will be showcased in their “Dark Metaverse”. In addition, UFO Gaming will also develop an NFT marketplace where players can swap in-game assets.

Road ahead

UFO Gaming intends to be at the forefront of the new play-to-earn gaming model. It plans to cooperate with traditional gaming firms to create new blockchain gaming features that will be incorporated into the blockchain.

Each game would be governed by its own planet. The firm will hold virtual land auctions in which, individuals may buy their own piece of that planet and make money from the game by accomplishing specific chores.

Moreover, these lands might be utilised to construct infrastructure for that planet in the future, like weapon stores, collecting galleries, virtual NFT stores, and selling/purchasing NFTs from the game.
