Job Market

  • Updated on

A job market refers to a marketplace wherein employees are on a look out for jobs and employers hunt for employees. It is often described as a labour market. A job market is not exactly a physical market. It is prone to either grow or decline, depending on the labour demand and the current supply of workers in the economy. Needs of the economy, need for an education/ skill set, and required job functions are few factors that affect the job market.
