Mr Adrian Byass, Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Byass is a resource and economic geologist, who holds a significant experience of more than 20 years in the mining industry. He possesses AIM and ASX Board experience and specializes in discovering assets that present strong investor upside.
He has served as an Executive and Non-Executive Director at several unlisted and listed mining entities across the globe, which have shifted to production in precious, specialty and bulk metals worldwide. At present, he is serving on the boards of ASX phosphate, lithium, lead-silver and nickel companies.
Mr Ed Turner, CEO
Mr Turner is a geologist with about 30 years of experience across Africa, Europe, Australia and South America in numerous roles comprising specialty, base and precious metals for leading mining entities. He possesses a rich set of technical strengths including underground mining, feasibility studies, exploration, resource estimation and development stage work.
Previously, he has served as the CEO of Galena Mining Limited (ASX:G1A), wherein he identified the high-quality AbraPb-Ag deposit, taking the shape of a high yield mine development.
Mr Jon Price, Non-Executive Director
Mr Price is a reputable metallurgist, who holds immense experience of more than 25 years in Australia and other countries throughout all facets of the mining industry, comprising development, construction, exploration and mining operations in the advanced minerals and gold sectors.
He has worked in several advanced mineral and gold operations previously, including St Ives gold and Paddington gold operations in the WA goldfields. He was also the MD of Phoenix Gold Ltd, now being acquired by ASX-listed Evolution Mining Ltd (EVN). Currently, he is also serving as the Managing Director of Horizon Minerals Limited (ASX:HRZ).
Mr Jonathon Downes, Non-Executive Director
Mr Downes holds an abundant experience of over 25 years in the mining business and has worked in numerous corporate and geological capacities. Besides being intimately involved with several public and private capital raisings, he has experience with gold, nickel and base metals.
Previously, he was the founding director of Ironbark Zinc Limited (ASX:IBG), Hibernia Gold and Siberia Mining Corporation Ltd (ASX:SIB). Currently, he is a non-executive director of Corazon Mining Limited (ASX:CZN) and Galena Mining Limited (ASX:G1A).
Mr Steve Brockhurst, Non-Executive Director
Mr Brockhurst possesses more than 16 years of experience in capital and corporate structuring, ASIC and ASX compliance requirements, corporate advisory, capital raising and company secretarial services.
For the last 15 years, he has been engaged in the listing of several mineral exploration and junior resources companies on the ASX. For many of these companies, he has either served or continues to serve as Company Secretary and or Director. Currently, he is serving as the Non-Executive Director of Nelson Resources Limited (ASX:NES) and Estrella Resources Limited (ASX:ESR).
