The year 2019 has been a wonderful year for dividend seeking investors, this year a significant amount of cash has been distributed by London Stock Exchange-listed companies as compared to what they did in the past couple of years. The reason can be termed not only good business performance but lack of deployment opportunities in the foreseeable future too, on the backdrop of a choppy macro-economic environment ensuing from the Brexit saga. Below is the list of top twenty-five dividend stocks listed on the London Stock Exchange who handed over handsome dividends last year.
