OSF Digital Acquires Adept Group
The association between the two companies goes back to 2019, when Adept teamed up with OSF Global Partner Alliance.
Both the firms realised that they shared a common vision in numerous areas, more precisely to become global leaders in the field of commerce services related to B2B and B2C.
The acquisition would enable Adept to fulfill the requirement of business-to-business consumer base and aid business-to-consumer entities in the area requiring scaling up of digital businesses.
The terms and conditions of the agreement are not yet revealed.

Mutual Benefits Drawn From The Acquisition
OSF Digital’s CEO Gerard Szatvanyi opined that the acquisition was intended to proliferate OSF’s presence in the New Zealand and the Australia regions.
Moreover, it would also help the Company to become one of major digital transformation partners to numerous commerce brands across the globe.
On the other hand, Adept too, would cash in from the acquisition. It would help in augmenting its expertise to deliver enhanced digital transformation goals of the customers along with better consumer experiences.
