BurgerCities of late has been on a great run. Its rally started on 7 July, after which it saw a spike of over 95%. It further rose to 106% on 13 July, due to which it could recover some of the losses it saw during its bear run in May.

On 20 July, BurgerCities was up by 4.56% at 6:34 am (GMT +1), according to CoinMarketCap.

Reason for rally

The BurgerCities crypto seems to be rallying on the back of the news of its giveaway, wherein 5 lucky winners will stand a chance to win exclusive 5 BURGER NFTs and 5 Zombie Club NFTs. Besides, BURGER crypto announced on 15 July that it will be partnering with QuestFi as the gaming partner of the BurgerCities protocol.

Besides, the rally may also be accounted for the positive crypto market which managed to climb back to above the US$1 trillion mark. On 20 July, the overall market cap stood at US$1.11 trillion with a total trading volume of US$130 billion, according to CoinGecko.

If we look at the intraday charts it would reveal a flattening of the RSI which was at a high a week back. On Wednesday, the RSI stood at 53.00 indicating the market participants may be looking to make the most of the gains it had made over the past week or so.

The MACD indicator shows a loss of momentum as the signal line has managed to create a climb over the MACD line indicating the slowing of its run.

How is BurgerCities crypto faring?

Due to the rally, the Burger token was trading at US$1.91 on Wednesday with a trading volume of US $3,24,28,995, according to CoinMarketCap. Even though the price rally of Burger crypto was impressive, the volumes have struggled of late. Even today, Burger crypto’s volume was down by 7.38%. The BURGER crypto was enjoying a live market cap of US $4,78,84,224 and 2,50,53,511 BURGER coins in circulation.

Today’s rally can be considered a crucial rally for the Burger crypto, which seemed to have lost its way after it dropped to its all-time low of US$0.301050 in May 2022. Having said that, it is important to realise that the crypto market is volatile, and prices can change at any given point in time. Therefore, market participants would do well to ensure they do their due diligence and conduct market research before making any investment decisions.
