Kenneth Hoffman brings a distinguished background to his new position. Prior to joining NEO, Hoffman was the Global Head of Battery Materials at McKinsey & Company. In that capacity, he provided strategic guidance to companies across the battery supply chain, helping them with critical areas such as supply chain integration and capital raising. He has also advised on more than one hundred due diligence processes related to battery technologies and critical mineral assets.
Before his tenure at McKinsey, Hoffman held key roles at Bloomberg, where he served as the Global Head of Bloomberg Metals & Mining Research. Hoffman’s investment management experience is equally extensive, having held senior positions as a Portfolio Manager and Global Director of Research at major investment funds such as Millennium Partners and MarCap Investors.
