Collins Foods has made some temporary changes to its Board and management team after the company said its Chief Executive Drew O’Malley will be taking a 3 month leave of absence. Former CEO Kevin Perkins who is currently a Non-executive Director at the company will step in as Interim CEO. Mr Perkins has more than 40 years’ experience with Collins Foods and has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since he retired as CEO in 2014. He is also the company’s largest shareholder. Mr O’Malley is taking the time to focus on a serious health issue affecting a member of his immediate family
