The RC programme comprises three 150-meter collars in preparation for 470-meter diamond core tails. Within the following week, the RC programme should be completed.

The core programme, which includes 1,020 metres of drilling, will begin today (on 22 April 2022) and be finished in four to five weeks.

Mt Edon Lithium Project

Morella has begun early-stage exploration and fieldwork at the Mt Edon Lithium Project. As announced in the ASX announcement Heritage and approvals progress sets Mallina Lithium Project ready for drilling, released 14 March 2022. Mt Edon is around 2 kilometres north of Paynes Find and 420 kilometres north of Perth via the Great Northern Highway.

The Paynes Find Belt, a 5km wide package of mafic, ultramafic, and felsic volcanic rocks has southern greenstone layers that the Project overlies. The greenstone strata is interrupted by a large number of pegmatite dykes/sills, which are the focus of Morella's lithium exploration efforts.
