The Company has also planned a heritage survey and an Aircore drill program at the Yule North Project along with a phase 2 heritage survey and a phase 2 Aircore drill program at the Yule South Project, which would further bolster its forward journey.

Mike Moore- Managing Director
Qualified mining engineer from the Camborne School of Mines, Mr Moore holds over two-decade executive management and operational experience in a variety of commodities with exposure to Australia, Indonesia, Europe, and West Africa. His operations and project management experience range from concept to full operational status.
Mr Moore has formerly held senior and executive management roles with several companies, which include Carnegie Minerals PLC and Rock Australia Mining & Civil Pty Ltd. Recently, he held the position of CEO with Montezuma Mining Company Ltd.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Currently, Mr Moore is also serving on the board of the Camborne School of Mines Association and as a Non-Executive Director of Variscan Mines Ltd (ASX:VAR).
B Damien Kelly- Non-Executive Chairman
Founder and principal of Western Tiger Corporate Advisers, Mr Kelly has more than 20 years of corporate and commercial experience. He provides professional services to ASX and AIM listed companies predominately in the mining and energy sector (including the initial listing of Sandfire Resources NL).
Mr Kelly is a member of CPA Australia, and a former officer in the armed services, having graduated from the Royal Military College, Duntroon. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, MBA and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
Brenton Siggs- Non-Executive Director
Mr Siggs holds more than 28 years of experience in the Australian mineral resources industry. He has been engaged in all stages of near-mine and regional exploration project management, especially in Western Australia. His works range from conceptual targeting and ground acquisition through to mining geology and resource definition drilling programs.
He has held senior exploration roles on a range of gold, coal, nickel-cobalt, petroleum, phosphate, and potash brine projects. Mr Siggs has held senior roles in Australian and international companies, which include Inco Australia, Newcrest Mining Ltd., Central Norseman Gold Corporation and Vale. Most recently, he worked as Exploration Manager and Technical Director for Goldphyre Resources Limited (now Australian Potash Limited).
Greg Hancock- Non-Executive Director
Mr Hancock holds more than 25 years of experience in capital markets, practising in Corporate Finance.
He has vast experience in Australia and the UK through his close links to the investment banking and stockbroking community. He has also specialised in mining and natural resources while had a background in the finance and management of small companies. Mr Hancock, through his private company Hancock Corporate Investments Pty Ltd, continues his close association with the capital markets in Australia and the United Kingdom.
He is Chairman of BMG Resources Limited, Cobra Resources plc and AusQuest Limited, and Non-Executive Director of Strata-X Energy Lt, Zeta Petroleum Plc, and Cobra Resources Limited.
Geoff Willetts- Exploration Manager
Geoff Willetts is a geologist and has a membership of the AIG (Australian Institute of Geoscientists). He holds more than 20 years of experience in various commodities, which include gold, base metals, and mineral sands.
Mr Willetts commenced work in gold mining for Barrick Gold in numerous roles ranging from production and project work through to resource definition and development. He further went on to base metal and gold exploration and held senior positions in ASX-listed juniors, including Horseshoe Metals Ltd and Graynic Metals Ltd. More lately, he was associated with Blackham Resources Ltd, where he has been engaged in the resource definition work at Wiluna Gold mine.
Mr Willetts graduated with an honour’s degree in Applied Geology from the Kingston University in 1999. He further moved on to complete a master’s degree in Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines in 2000.
Marc Boudames – Company Secretary
Mr Boudames is experienced in varied fields including taxation, statutory financial reporting, due diligence, business analytics, finance, corporate transactions, ERP systems, joint ventures, divestments, and mergers & acquisitions.
He has worked for multiple companies across various industries. His prior engagements have been with listed and public companies operating in the mining and oil & gas sectors. Also, he worked with RSM Bird Cameron and as General Manager - Finance & Administration, for Redport Ltd and Mega Uranium Ltd (Australia).
