The sale of shares was completed at a per-share price of A$13.36 and distributed to a wide range of institutional investors.
Subsequent the sell down, Digital Realty continues to hold nearly 2.0 million shares in MP1, almost 1.3% of the issued capital of Megaport.
Post announcement MP1 share price fell by 2.929% to A$13.590 (at AEST 12:13 PM) on 17 June 2020.
