Compass Pathways plc (Nasdaq:CMPS), a biotechnology company focused on advancing evidence-based treatments for mental health conditions, has announced a strategic collaboration with Radial Health, Inc., a growing national network of interventional psychiatry clinics. The agreement is the seventh collaboration Compass has established in the United States to inform the integration of its investigational COMP360 psilocybin treatment into diverse healthcare settings.
Collaboration Aims to Expand Delivery Models
Under the agreement, Compass and Radial Health will explore how investigational COMP360 synthetic psilocybin treatment could be incorporated into Radial’s network of clinics across the U.S., pending FDA approval. Radial operates in five states and provides virtual assessments nationwide. The collaboration is designed to examine scalable delivery models and inform the development of patient-centric approaches that can be implemented in clinics with varying operational structures.
Radial Health co-founder Elliot Cohen, who previously co-founded PillPack, now Amazon Pharmacy, brings experience in building technology-driven healthcare operations. The collaboration leverages this expertise to evaluate how COMP360 treatment could fit into an expanding national network, providing guidance for potential future implementation.
Compass Builds a Network of Strategic Partnerships
This latest agreement adds to Compass Pathways’ growing portfolio of collaborations with healthcare organizations across the United States. Previous partners include Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, Hackensack Meridian Health, Reliant Medical Group, Journey Clinical, Mindful Health Solutions, and HealthPort. These partnerships collectively represent a wide range of care settings where patients with mental health conditions receive treatment, providing Compass with insights into operational integration, patient experience, and treatment accessibility.
Through these collaborations, Compass aims to gather information on workflow design, clinical protocols, and patient support strategies, helping guide how COMP360 treatment could be delivered at scale. Each collaboration contributes to building a framework for introducing psilocybin-assisted therapies into standard healthcare delivery models in the U.S.
Focusing on Scalable Patient Access
Compass Pathways’ collaboration with Radial is structured to assess both in-person and virtual treatment pathways. By working with an organization that is expanding its footprint nationally, Compass can evaluate practical considerations for integrating COMP360 treatment into a broader network of clinics. The results of these studies will help identify methods to streamline delivery, support clinical teams, and optimize patient engagement once regulatory approval is obtained.
CMPS shares closed over 7% higher at USD 7.05 per share on 6 January 2026.
