The company hosted its Combined Shareholders’ Meeting at its headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine, chaired by the Chairman of the Board, Laurent Mignon.
All Resolutions Adopted by Shareholders

This included the validation of the statutory and consolidated financial statements for the previous fiscal year. Shareholders also approved a cash dividend payout. The term of Laurent Mignon as Director was renewed, and he continues to serve as Chairman of the Board. Julie Avrane, Ana Giros Calpe, and Jérôme Michiels also had their terms renewed. In contrast, Lucia Sinapi-Thomas concluded her term and exited the Board. The directors expressed formal appreciation for her contributions to the Board’s discussions and committee involvement.
Participation in Wendel’s Share Placement
The shareholders also approved a related-party agreement involving Bureau Veritas’ participation in Wendel’s share placement, covering the acquisition of the company’s own shares.
