Ocado Group Plc (LON:OCDO) has been hit by another legal claim over patents by AutoStore, a Norwegian robotics company.

AutoStore has claimed that Ocado infringed patents and it is the inventor and rightful owner of certain patents that have been filed by Ocado.

Ocado, on its part, has dismissed the claim saying that AutoStore's claim had no merit and it would fight it.

The company has also stated that the inventions are their own and they will continue to defend it with whatever means.

On 10 November 2020, the stocks of the company declined by 1.10% from its previous closing, hovering at around GBX 2,258.00 at 08:33 AM GMT+1.
