Medica Group Plc (LON:MGP) has acquired a market leader for teleradiology services in Ireland, Diagnostics Ireland.

The company has acquired the Diagnostics Ireland from Centric Health, a private Irish healthcare group for a ash consideration of €16 million.

The acquisition is in line with company’s revised strategy announced in March this year to diversify revenue sources outside of the UK.

It is going to diversify the company’s customer base and geographical operations.

On 4 November 2020, the stocks of the company remained unchanged at its previous closing, hovering at around GBX 98.20 at 08:15 AM GMT+1.
