What is Offline Debit Card?

An Offline Debit Card refers to the cards that have features of both a credit card and online (traditional) debit card that allows the holder to make the payment for the goods and services straight from his/her bank account. An Offline Debit Card is a kind of automated payment card which also referred as check cards.

An Offline Debit Card usually issued by credit card companies in relation with the bank wherein the account is held. The holders of Offline Debit Card do not need a PIN for the transaction as these are similar to writing a check and required a signature only.
