Infrastructure services provider SRG Global Ltd (ASX:SRG), listed on the ASX 300, experienced heightened investor attention during midweek trading. The surge follows a company announcement regarding a significant series of new contracts spanning several key sectors and locations across Australia and New Zealand.
Infrastructure Contracts Lead Project Pipeline Momentum
SRG Global confirmed it will deliver staged strengthening works at the North Pine Dam in South-East Queensland through a dam anchoring contract with Seqwater. This initiative involves the installation of engineered anchoring systems aimed at bolstering dam safety infrastructure.
In New South Wales, the company has also been selected by Hunter Water to support the construction of water mains connecting to the upcoming Belmont Desalination Plant in Newcastle, reinforcing its presence in the water infrastructure sector.
These new infrastructure projects highlight SRG’s expanding portfolio in essential services delivery for regional and urban utilities.
Energy Sector Secures Long-Term Service Engagements
SRG Global revealed a new five-year service contract with Origin Energy Ltd (ASX:ORG), covering asset integrity and reliability at key energy sites including Darling Downs, Eraring, and Shoalhaven. Additionally, New Zealand-based Genesis Energy Ltd (ASX:GNE) has engaged SRG for refurbishment of penstocks at the Waikaremoana Hydro Scheme on the North Island.
Mining and Resources Engagements Reinforce Growth Trajectory
Further bolstering its service pipeline, Genesis Minerals Ltd (ASX:GMD) awarded SRG a multi-year term contract covering drilling, blasting, and explosives services at its Jupiter gold operations. An additional contract extension was granted for the Admiral operations in Western Australia’s Northern Goldfields.
Meanwhile, BHP Group Ltd (ASX:BHP) has entered into agreements with SRG for asset integrity services at sites across the Pilbara, South Australia, and Western Australia, highlighting continued work across iron ore, copper, and alumina assets. Anglo American’s Australian operations have also been included in this contract rollout.
Expansion Continues with New Clients Across Sectors
Adding to the broad portfolio, SRG Global confirmed recent contract awards from entities such as South32 Ltd (ASX:S32), Sydney Metro, Curtin University, and NextDC Ltd (ASX:NXT). These additions span transportation, education, and digital infrastructure sectors, enhancing the company’s reach and sectoral diversity.
