This open-label study is designed to explore the effectiveness and safety of PTX-100 across two dosage levels in approximately 40 patients, with a primary focus on efficacy.

"It is very exciting to reach this milestone of opening the first study site for the Phase 2a study of PTX-100 at the Epworth Freemasons Haematology Clinical Trial Unit," she said. Renowned CTCL specialist Professor Miles Prince, AM, will lead the study, further cementing its potential to make significant advancements in the field.
