Rumble Resources Discovers Four Mineralized Alteration Zones At Braeside

Rumble Resources Limited (ASX:RTR) has identified four mineralized alteration zones on completion of RC Drilling at Braeside Project, East Pilbara, Western Australia which translates lead, zinc, copper and barium potential zones covering an area of 35km by 6Km.

Rumble’s Technical Director, Mr. Brett Keillor, stated that the drilling results released on E45/2032 had demonstrated a regional scale porphyry to an epithermal mineralized system that significantly upgrades the Braeside Project as having the camp-scale potential for multiple deposit types.Â

Further, the company has completed earn-in obligation to earn 70% of the project from Great Sandy Pty Ltd by spending $1.5 million in exploration within three years.

Base Metals explorer Rumble Resources also reported the completion of additional work on the northern E45/4368 Braeside tenement extending lead (Pb) and Zinc (Zn) anomalism over 4km in strike associated with the inferred northern extension of the significant Barker Well - Gossan East mineralized structure. However, over 18km of strike potential for base metal mineralization within the Barramine Joint Venture remains completely untested.

Mr. Keillor stated that the regional soil geochemistry, geological reconnaissance, and spectral imagery, recently completed by CSIRO, infer the main Braeside mineralized system traverse northwards into the Barramine JV ground in the East Pilbara, Western Australia.

In the regional soil sampling, a total of 286 samples were collected and assayed by Rumble Resources for gold and 32 multi-elements. The programme was focused on the northern section of the interpreted mineralized structure which revealed that most of the anomalies lie close to the northwest from the Barker Well Prospect.

Moreover, in the southern extension of central Braeside tenement, the company discovered gold in stream anomalism which is greater than ten times the background. It outlines a new area of interest for the company which it intends to follow up by further soil geochemistry and stream sediment sampling. The sampling encountered anomalous gold in a stream in a large creek system approximately 3km to the east of the Ragged Hills Prospect.

The regional soil sampling at Barramine Joint venture Project and the sediments sampling on the southern extension of central Braeside tenement have generated significant highly prospective trends with multiple potential targets that are reported to be taken up in the next field season, i.e., 2019, told Mr. Brett Keillor.

For 2019, the company aims to undertake Infill stream sediment sampling to outline mineralized structures and Soil geochemistry to delineate targets. It also targets to take a follow-up in situ pXRF soil sampling and cover a detailed prospect mapping and grab sampling to delineate drill targets.

Despite announcing significant progress at Braeside and Barramine Project, Rumble Resources was hit by negative market sentiments. RTR stock plunged 4.348% to last trade at $0.044 on 17 December 2018. Over the past 12-months, the stock has fallen 19.30%, and in the past one month, it is down by 8%.
