King River Resources Limited (ASX: KRR) has shared progress update for the exploration program across its Tennant Creek tenements.
The company informed that the drilling rig and crew have reached the first location for the Tennant Creek exploration program.
Drilling will commence at Providence – Lone Star East, a priority target. At this target, a complex geophysical/geological zone was discovered along strike of the Bluebird perseverance NW trending gravity anomaly. The identified zone lies along strike of the Blue Moon, Gigantic and Metallic Hill historic mines.

Multiple geophysics programs have been concluded over the region, resulting in several targets and areas along strike of geological and geophysical trends linked with old workings or known deposits of high-grade gold and copper.
The company has significant holdings of over 7,000km2 in the in the contended Tennant Creek and Barkly region.
