Haranga Resources Limited (ASX: HAR, FRA: 65E0) is presently focused on conducting regional termite mound sampling (TMS), auger drilling of discovered termite anomalies, infill termite mound sampling and reverse circulation (RC) drilling of auger anomalies at its Saraya permit.
The company has shared the results of permit scale TMS and infill TMS being conducted at the Sraya-East prospect.
Infill TMS at Saraya East has discovered a new anomaly as a target for proposed auger drilling on the Eastern Saraya Lateritic Plateau. Anomalous values exceeded the background uranium value by over four times, reaching up to 11 ppm uranium. The background level of uranium was 2.5 ppm. The company intends to undertake further auger drilling to determine the orientation of the uranium source before the RC drilling.
Regional scale termite mound survey has identified an additional infill target located north of Kondokho, particularly at the Saraya permit’s northern end.
