ASX-listed financial services company Fiducian Group Limited (ASX: FID) has appointed Mrs Kerry Skellern as its new director.

During her career years, Mrs Skellern has served at multiple non-executive director and chair positions in diverse sectors, such as the building, infrastructure and aged care sectors. She has immense experience in strategic sales, marketing, and research & development at senior executive levels.

The company believes that she is a suitable appointment as her formal qualifications in engineering and business administration would be highly useful in strengthening the company’s platform administration operations and IT development programs.

Mrs Skellern is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and presently a Chair at The Executive Connection, which seeks to increase the effectiveness and enhance the skillset of executives and business owners.

Meanwhile, the company updated on the impending retirement of Mr Robert Bucknell from its board.

The company's shares traded at AU$5.77 on 09 June 2023, with a market cap of over AU$179 million.
