eCargo’s suite of proprietary technologies

  • eCoreOS®

ECG delivers its mission of “helping brands sell more in Asia” through its integrated market expansion services and supply chain management technology eCoreOS®.

eCoreOS® is an end-to-end supply chain management platform that effectively manages the clients’ multichannel export business. It enables visibility from demand forecasting, inventory and warehouse management, logistics, order management, marketing campaigns, sales, and customer service. It captures and analyses data at different stages, enabling brands to make data-driven decisions to optimise their operations/business.

The proprietary order and warehouse management technology works in integration with China Customs, helping brands manage the complex regulatory processes when selling across Asian markets.

eCargo provides trade financing through a credit management system, assisting with payment until the products clear customs. Once the goods have successfully cleared customs, the buyer begins the repayment process, allowing ECG to earn a margin on the service charge.

The Group’s proprietary B2B distribution platform offers suppliers more than 4,000 points of sale across China and retailers access to products from different parts of the world. With this tech feature, involved parties have complete access to details such as the location of placed orders, list of products sold, delivery tracking and invoice statuses and invoicing. In short, it is a one-stop platform for order management, customs clearance, onshore/ offshore payments, and logistics, as per the company.
