Phase 2 Diamond Drilling Validates Mineralisation Continuity Below Existing Resource Boundary

Solstice Minerals’ Phase 2 diamond drilling campaign confirms the Nanadie Copper-Gold Project extends significantly deeper than indicated in the current Mineral Resource Estimate. The diamond tail hole NANRCD004, drilled to extend Phase 1 Reverse Circulation hole NANRC004 (which intersected 62 metres at 1.55% copper and 0.66 g/t gold), reached a final depth of 629.1 metres. This hole returned an exceptional combined intercept of 629.1 metres grading 0.50% copper and 0.17 g/t gold from surface to end of hole.

Within NANRCD004, multiple high-grade zones were identified, including 30.7 metres at 1.41% copper and 0.34 g/t gold (with 15 metres at 2.12% copper and 0.47 g/t gold), 37.8 metres at 0.87% copper and 0.25 g/t gold (including 22.5 metres at 1.10% copper and 0.31 g/t gold), 33 metres at 0.66% copper and 0.22 g/t gold (including 18 metres at 0.80% copper and 0.30 g/t gold), 15 metres at 0.78% copper and 0.21 g/t gold, and 37 metres at 0.44% copper and 0.15 g/t gold. These copper-gold assays align closely with previously reported visible chalcopyrite mineralisation zones, bolstering confidence in nearby drillhole NANRCD005 and other diamond tails currently under analysis or at the assay laboratory.

Northern Mineralisation Extension Highlights Resource Growth Potential Beyond Current Limits

Early results from Solstice’s Phase 2 Reverse Circulation drilling program have extended the Nanadie mineralisation system at least 160 metres north of the current Mineral Resource Estimate boundary, opening new avenues for resource expansion. Significant intercepts include 44 metres at 0.52% copper and 0.14 g/t gold in hole NANRC030, part of a broader 112-metre intercept grading 0.44% copper and 0.14 g/t gold. Nearby hole NANRC029 intersected 32 metres at 0.60% copper and 0.18 g/t gold at end of hole, while NANRC028 delivered 26 metres at 0.60% copper and 0.13 g/t gold plus 14 metres at 0.89% copper and 0.46 g/t gold.

These northern extensions demonstrate the mineralisation system remains open in multiple directions, with potential incorporation into future resource upgrades as drilling advances. The geological team’s systematic exploration approach targets defining where higher-grade zones continue. During the quarter, 26 Reverse Circulation holes totaling 7,650 metres and 13 diamond tails totaling 3,084 metres were completed, generating extensive drilling data supporting the interpretation of a large-scale copper-gold system with significant expansion potential beyond the current resource boundary.

Current Mineral Resource Estimate and Structural Geology Underpin Expansion Strategy

The Nanadie Copper-Gold Project holds a shallow Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 40.4 million tonnes containing 162,000 tonnes of copper and 130,000 ounces of gold within a granted Mining Lease in Western Australia’s Goldfields. The mineralised system is 100 to 200 metres wide, extends over at least 1.2 kilometres strike, and remains open to the north, south, and at depth, providing multiple pathways for resource growth through systematic drilling along strike, laterally, and at depth.

An independent geological review and ongoing drillhole logging have refined Solstice’s geological model, identifying strong similarities with the nearby Stark deposit and highlighting multiple high-priority strike targets. This refined model guides targeted infill drilling within the existing resource and directional testing to define extensions. The managing director noted the model helps pinpoint where higher-grade zones likely continue, focusing ongoing drilling on meaningful resource growth across multiple dimensions.

Enhanced Field Infrastructure Supports Sustained Multi-Rig Drilling Campaign

Solstice has upgraded field infrastructure at Nanadie to support accelerated drilling and faster core sample processing. Additional camp facilities are being installed to enable multi-rig operations, significantly expanding operational capacity. These improvements follow Phase 1 Reverse Circulation drilling, which returned numerous wide, high-grade intercepts and demonstrated the system’s scale potential.

The infrastructure upgrades facilitate sustained drilling across multiple targets, with Reverse Circulation drilling focusing on infill of higher-grade zones, strike extensions, and pre-collars for diamond tails, while diamond drilling tests down-plunge extensions and depth continuity beneath existing mineralisation. Core processing facilities have been enhanced to handle increased sample volumes, with all June quarter hole samples either processed or at the laboratory. Significant assay flow is expected in coming months as diamond core processing continues and results from 12 completed diamond holes and 26 Reverse Circulation holes pending assays are received.

Robust Balance Sheet Enables Aggressive Exploration and Financial Flexibility

Solstice Minerals maintains a strong financial position with approximately $45 million in cash and no debt, providing ample capacity for sustained, aggressive exploration at Nanadie while advancing its broader Eastern Goldfields portfolio. This debt-free status and cash reserve distinguish Solstice from many exploration-stage peers, offering resilience against commodity price volatility and extending operational runway.

The managing director highlighted the company’s enviable position amid scarce investable copper growth projects in Tier-1 jurisdictions. With financial resources and technical expertise, Solstice can pursue multiple exploration vectors simultaneously. The strategy aims to materially expand the Mineral Resource Estimate over time through drilling focused on strike, lateral, depth extensions, and infill within the existing resource boundary, all supported by a solid financial foundation that enables exploration intensity.

Pending Assay Results to Sustain Exploration News Flow

Solstice has a significant volume of drilling samples currently being processed or awaiting assay results, positioning the company to deliver a steady stream of exploration updates in coming months. Diamond core processing continues, with samples from 12 completed diamond holes and 26 Reverse Circulation holes pending assays. These results will provide regular insights as they are received and analyzed.

Notably, results from hole NANRCD005, a diamond tail extending the host geology approximately 500 metres below the current resource boundary, are eagerly awaited. These are expected to further confirm depth continuity of mineralisation. Additional results from 12 diamond tails drilled along the mineralised system will be released progressively, enhancing understanding of system geometry and supporting the objective of materially expanding the resource estimate.

Nanadie’s Scale and Grade Comparable to Globally Significant Copper Deposits

According to Solstice, Nanadie’s drilling results exhibit characteristics akin to globally significant copper systems. The 629.1-metre intercept at 0.50% copper and 0.17 g/t gold from surface in hole NANRCD004 is globally notable for its width and grade consistency. Multiple high-grade zones within this intercept, including intervals grading 2.12% copper and 0.47 g/t gold and 2.78% copper and 1.25 g/t gold, indicate a complex system with potential for substantial tonnage at economic grades.

The combination of wide mineralisation, depth continuity beyond 600 metres, and systematic expansion in multiple directions suggests Nanadie could evolve into a large, high-volume copper-gold deposit. The refined geological model supports interpretation of a large, coherent mineralised system rather than discrete bodies. Situated in Western Australia’s premier Goldfields jurisdiction with granted Mining Lease tenure, Nanadie benefits from a favourable regulatory and geological environment for a major copper-gold discovery.

Eastern Goldfields Portfolio and Regional Exploration Approach

While focusing on Nanadie, Solstice maintains a broader Eastern Goldfields exploration portfolio supported by its strong cash position and technical expertise. The strategy prioritises Nanadie’s systematic development, which has emerged as the flagship asset following exceptional Phase 1 and 2 drilling results. Located within an established mining jurisdiction, Solstice’s assets benefit from skilled labour, service providers, and proven mining infrastructure.

Solstice’s financial strength enables sustained drilling at Nanadie alongside advancing exploration across its portfolio. Management indicates that with defined targets and financial resources, the company is well-positioned to pursue exploration opportunities broadly while focusing on Nanadie as the primary growth driver. The goal remains to materially expand the Mineral Resource Estimate and progress toward feasibility and development evaluation.

Long-Term Copper Market Fundamentals Support Development Strategy

Solstice’s exploration and development plans for Nanadie are informed by favourable long-term copper supply-demand fundamentals. The managing director cited structural supply constraints amid rising demand driven by electrification, renewable energy, and increased copper intensity in modern economies. This context positions Nanadie’s exploration success within a potentially advantageous market environment.

With investable copper growth projects in Tier-1 jurisdictions becoming scarce, Nanadie’s potential major discovery is significant. The company’s methodical resource expansion through systematic drilling, combined with a debt-free balance sheet, aims to position Nanadie to capture value amid favourable commodity price trends. Defining a large, economically viable copper-gold resource in a premier mining jurisdiction could unlock substantial shareholder value over the medium to long term.
