The Star Entertainment Group Suspends it’s all Non-Essential Businesses

The Star Entertainment Group Limited (ASX:SGR) has closed all non-essential businesses on the orders of the Federal, New South Wales and Queensland Governments. The immediate impact of these measures on the company are as follows:

  • Closure of food and beverage, banqueting and conferencing offerings with the limited exception of in-room dining services for hotel guests;
  • Cessation of gaming activities from Monday 23 March 2020;
  • Hotel accommodation services shall remain open in a reduced capacity currently.

At AEDT 12:42PM, the stock was trading at $1.605 per share, down by 0.619% from its previous close.
