Sayona Mining announces Bid extension for North American Lithium

Sayona Mining Limited (ASX:SYA) has announced the extension of bid deadline for North American Lithium (NAL) to 21 February 2020, compared to previously announced 21 January 2020.

The extension by administrator Raymond Chabot Inc is based on the court approval sales procedure for North American Lithium.

The bid has the unique advantage to combine lithium produced from the Company’s nearby Authier Lithium Project, Sayona aim to support Québec’s strategy of developing a complete lithium value chain from mining through downstream processing.

On 17 January 2020, the stock was trading at $0.017, down by 10.526 per cent from the previous close.
