Redflex Holdings Signs 8-Year Contract with Los Angeles’ METRO

Redflex Holdings Limited (ASX: RDF) has entered into a major agreement with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) in the US and California, to provide photo enforcement and violation processing services.

As per the agreement:

  • RDF will provide automated enforcement services at Metro rail crossings and specific bus lanes intersections across the Los Angeles metropolitan region.
  • It comprises of HALO 2 enforcement systems along with Alcyon back office solutions for violation processing services, customer care, field service as well as Los Angeles County Court adjudication support.

The agreement is for an initial period of eight years and is likely to generate a revenue of $36.8 million.
