Orica Limited Reported Full Year Results; 33 cps Dividend Announced

Orica Limited (ASX: ORI) has announced full-year results for the period ended 30 September 2019. The company has posted statutory NPAT of $245 million compared to $48 million loss in FY 2018.

  • Declared final dividend of 33 cents (franked 5 cents), taking the total dividend for the year to 55.0 cents;
  • ORI said outlook for the next year and beyond appears positive and anticipates higher earnings in FY20.
  • FY 20 capex is expected to be in the range of $370 million to $390 million, excluding Burrup.

By 12:49 PM AEST, ORI was trading at $23.1, up by 0.88% relative to the prior close.
