Singapore based Golden Energy and Resources Limited (GEAR) disposed off roughly 4 million ordinary shares of Australian Gold miner, Westgold Resources Limited (ASX:WGX) in an open market transaction completing on 3 July 2020.
A total of 4 million ordinary shares amounting to 0.95% was disposed for a transaction value of $9 million, reducing GEAR’s stake in the gold miner to 1.59% from previously 2.54%.
Westgold Resources traded on ASX at $2.24 a share on 6 July 2020 at 2:51 PM AEST, with a market capitalisation of $941.32.
