Crowd Media Holdings Limited (ASX: CM8) executes a Letter of Intent (or LOI) with Forever Holdings Ltd- a London-based voice-and-visual Interactive Digital Media company.

The LOI is structured for the parties to enter into exclusive negotiations with respect to forming a commercial partnership between FHL and Crowd Media Holdings Limited.
CM8 aims at the commercial partnership regarding the launch of a ‘voice and-visual’ interactive digital media product for a range of sectors including influencer marketing, customer service, healthcare and education.
