BPH shareholding up in Advent Energy Ltd.

BPH Energy Ltd (ASX: BPH) notified the market that it has achieved a settlement regarding its oppression proceedings with MEC Resources Limited (ASX: MMR). The settlement was finalized on 9 August 2019, while the proceedings started since May 2019.

As per the Advent shareholders’ approval received, BPH proposes to convert $162,566 receivable into 3,251,320 shares in Advent, wherein, the conversion price being $0.05 per share. After the conversions, the direct shareholding of BPH in Advent would increase from 22.6% to 22.7%.
