Australia-based property group, Home Consortium debut on ASX

Australian property group, Home Consortium (ASX: HMC), focussed on ownership, development and management debuted on the ASX on 14 October 2019, after raising $ 325 million through its initial public offering (IPO).

During the trading hours, HMC stock price touched a high of $ 3.730 with ~ 3.70 million shares traded until AEST 03:46 PM.

HomeCo would have around 9 centres under development and 21 centres completed by end of 2019, anchored by leading brands including successful real estate groups and retail organisations mainly spanning daily needs, leisure and lifestyle and services enterprises.
