Ardiden Announces Completion of Unmarketable Parcel Sale Facility

Gold explorer, Ardiden Limited (ASX:ADV) has completed the sale of fully paid ordinary shares in line with its Unmarketable Parcel Sale Facility (UMP Facility) announced in January this year. The UMP Facility was applied to shareholders who were holders of ADV shares with a market value of less than $500 as at 15 January 2020 (Record Date).

The Company has released the following details:

  • ADV had around 1,732 shareholders that held a value of less than $500 as at Record Date.
  • The updated total of 47,349,156 shares were sold at an average sale price of $0.004 per share.
  • Shareholders whose shares were sold under the Facility shall receive $0.004 per share without having to pay brokerage or other costs, on or shortly after 17 June 2020.

As at 11:38 AM AEST on 10th June 2020, ADV was trading at $0.004.
