There are many Israeli based companies which have listed themselves on Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) to gain more capital and take advantage of the superior liquidity. Below mentioned are the eight Israeli based companies which are listed on ASX.

Elsight Limited (ASX:ELS)

Elsight Limited (ASX:ELS) is a developer of advanced communication technologies. Recently, the company was contracted by Alrena Technologies to provide 50 new Smart Medicase kits for 2019, and this order is worth around US$5 million pursuant to the partnership agreement signed in 2017. In the last 12 months, the share price of the company decreased by 53.38 percent as on 13 December 2018. At the time of writing, the stock price of the company is trading at A$0.665 per share with a market capitalization of $63.29 million.

eSense-Lab Ltd (ASX:ESE)

eSense-Lab Ltd (ASX:ESE) is a research and development company which is focused on the creation of ‘virtual plants’ through cutting-edge technologies and disruptive techniques. Recently, the company received an order from UK Manufacturer E-Quits for a new shipment of materials which will be distributed in the United Kingdom. At the time of writing, the stock price of the company is trading at A$0.030 per share. The market capitalization of the company stands at circa $5.24 million. The stock price of the company is trading towards the lower range. From the past few months, the stock has been delivering negative returns. HearMeOut Limited (ASX:HMO)

HearMeOut Limited (ASX:HMO) provides voice-based social media platform through its HearMeOut mobile application. Recently, the company signed a binding IP License Agreement with AvidSys Infotech, granting an exclusive and perpetual license of the HearMeOut platform to unlock the potential of the platform throughout India and Asia. Currently, the shares of HMO are suspended on ASX, and they were last traded at $0.068 as on 10 May 2018.

UltraCharge Limited (ASX:UTR)

UltraCharge Limited (ASX:UTR) is a global leader in identifying, acquiring and developing battery technologies and it has established a battery facility for the development of its platform technologies and customizing solutions. Recently, the company signed a conditional purchase agreement with Roadix Urban Transportation Ltd to provide high voltage lithium-ion batteries for their three-wheel electric scooters. In the last six months, the share price of the company decreased by 59.09 percent as on 13 December 2018. UTR’s shares traded at 0.009 as on 14 December 2018 (AEST 2:06 PM).

MGC Pharmaceutical (ASX:MXC)

Medical Cannabis company MGC Pharmaceutical (ASX:MXC) recently signed a partnership agreement with 2 research institutes (i.e., RMIT and HUJ) for creating and launching an international research hub called ‘CannaHub’. In the last six months, the share price of the company decreased by 38.46 percent as on 14 December 2018. MXC’s shares traded at $0.039 with a market capitalization of circa $48.51 million as on 14 December 2018 (AEST 2:06 PM).

Dots Nano Limited (ASX:DTZ)

Dots Nano Limited (ASX:DTZ) is a technology company which develops, manufactures and commercializes graphene quantum dots (GQDs). As at 30 September 2018, Net cash used in operating activities was $1.08 million, net cash from investing activities was $11k and net cash from financing activities was $1.7 million. At the end of September quarter of 2018, the company was having cash and cash equivalents of $1.19 million. In the last 12 months, the share price of DTZ decreased by 57.14 percent as on 13 December 2018. DTZ’s shares traded at $0.075 with a market capitalization of circa $13.55 million as on 14 December 2018 (AEST 2:11 PM).

Sky and Space Global Limited (ASX:SAS)

Sky and Space Global Limited (ASX:SAS) is a global nano-satellite Company which has recently announced a binding Reseller Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreement with Globe Teleservices (GTS). As at 30 September 2018, the company was having cash and cash equivalent of $5.519 million. Over the last six months, the share price of the company decreased by 28.92 percent as on 13 December 2018. SAS’s shares traded at $0.058 (-1.695% intraday) with a market capitalization of circa $108.91 million as on 14 December 2018 (AEST: 2:14 PM).
