The company has declared for the fourth consecutive period a record 5.25 cents per share, an increase of 5% on the prior comparative period. As per the FY 18 final dividend and Dividend Reinvestment Plan, the ex-dividend date stands at September 3, 2018, and record date as September 4, 2018, and payment date as September 19, 2018. The updated 70% of the portfolio is represented by top 5 holdings. The company has an annual dividend yield of 5.28% which is fully franked. The price to earnings ratio stands at 17.830 and the earnings per share at AUD 0.056. The market capitalization of the stock is $52.27 million as at August 23, 2018.
