On 4 December 2019, the company has announced to change one of its director’s interest (Mr James Ventura Orlando) with effect from 27 November 2019. Mr Orlando holds 80,000 fully paid ordinary shares, 611,112 unlisted options and 154,412 performance rights after the change.

On 16 December 2019, the stock of CAT was trading at $1.740, up by 0.578 per cent (at AEDT 12: 56 PM).

Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC)

The company has more than 28 years of experience in fund management and property investments. The company has curated $38 billion+ portfolio consisting of 1100 high-quality properties.

Charter Announces Acquisitions $1.25 billion

On 12 December 2019, the company announced that $1.25 billion of acquisitions were secured. These were throughout the Platform and consisted of investment amounting to $840 million. This is in a new managed Partnership. This partnership is for acquiring a 49 per cent interest in a portfolio. The portfolio is of $1.7 billion and includes two hundred and twenty-five Convenience Retail assets leased to BP or BP Australia Pty Limited. This lease has a period of 20 years and is a WALE triple net lease.

CHC managed partnership would be owned 50 per cent by Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (CLW), 30 per cent by CQR and 20 per cent by CHC.

CLW was undertaking a $350 million of equity raising including an accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer (ANREO). It is also complemented by a Placement. The company plans to subscribe for its maximum entitlement as part of the ANREO offer.

The company’s CEO commented:

The company’s FY20 earnings guidance continues to include $82 million for the CHOT performance fee with the total estimated fees payable in April 2020 of $132 million. When the CHOT performance fees is removed from FY19 & FY 20 earnings, OEPS guidance indicates a post-tax growth of ~ 24 per cent over FY19.

EML Payments Limited (ASX:EML)

NEA announces Acquisition of Roof Geometry Technology

On 12 December 2019, the company has announced that it has acquired intellectual property and technology and from Primitive LLC. The technology enables the company to extract and disseminate roof geometry. This can be performed rapidly from its wide scale 3D content.

The US$3.5 million of asset acquisition would accelerate growth opportunities. The acquisition also helps the company to further monetise its NextGen HyperCamera2 content.

Linius Technologies Limited (ASX: LNU)

Zoono Group Limited (ASX: ZNO)

ZNO Signs Deal with Chinese Group

On 10 December 2019, the company has announced that the cluster of leaders in Chinese agri-business and animal feed sector have agreed to jointly collaborate and form a new entity to act as company’s exclusive distributor for the animal health and agribusiness sector in China.

Zoono China International Trading Ltd is the newly formed entity. It was licensed by the company to sells its products to food producers and processors and farmers, in China by using its name.

The material terms of the new agreements are as follows:

Ø The agreement is initially termed for 10 years.

Ø Minimum purchase volumes 1st year is NZD$3.1 million including NZD 1million in instalment followed by NZD$4.6 million and NZD$9.3 million in 2nd and 3rd years respectively.

Ø Full payment for all products is required before shipping.

BHP Group Limited (ASX: BHP)

BHP Group Limited is a leading metals and mining company. The company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

BHP Concludes Minerva Gas Plant Acquisition

Recently, on 5 December 2019, the company announced the completion of the deal. The transaction was for intended for acquisition of the Minerva Gas Plant. It was acquired by the Casino Henry joint venture participants and was announced on ASX on 1 May 2018.

The few highlights from of the acquisitions are as below:

Ø The Plant is to be connected to Casino Henry gas operations.

Ø It likely to be completed by the middle of 2021.

Ø The processing capacity of Minerva Gas Plant is 150 TJ/day.
