The company reported on a pro-forma basis revenue to be more than $13 million based on FY2017 financials. The revenue as at FY 18 is $3.1 million making the gross profit for the company to close at $2.9 million. With a smoother quarterly cash flow profile given the significantly enhanced group operations and diversified client base company expects to improve its operating cash flows. As at September 10, 2018, the stock went up at a market price of $0.046 with a flat change. In the last one year, the stock has noted a performance change of -14.81%. With negative EPS of -0.003 AUD the earnings might get affected. The current market capitalization is of $37.06 million.
Acrow Formwork and Construction Services Limited (ASX: ACF) – This is an industrial sector company and the underlying business of capital goods has performed very strongly, following Acrow’s successful listing, achieving EBITDA growth of 21% over prior corresponding period at $10.8 million. Since 2013 i.e. in past five years the revenue of the company was highest at $65.3 million. The company had a strong operating cash profit of $9.0 million, and it has increased operating cash profit from $1.0 million in FY15. The closing cash balance of $4.9 million with balance sheet represent a no debt status. With this the company also declared a maiden dividend of 0.5 cents payable at October 22, 2018.
