Vaxxinity is a biotechnology company that aims to “democratize” healthcare globally. It aims to bring disruptive treatment for chronic diseases. Its Vaxxine Platform seeks to use the immune system to make its own ‘drug factory’ to produce antibodies in fighting diseases.

The company filed its registration statement for IPO on Oct 8, 2021. The offering was for US$100 million worth of Class A common stock. However, no further detail was immediately available.
