- Sistema PJSFC (LON: SSA) has signed new loan agreements with PJSC Sberbank of Russia.
- As per the terms of the agreement the maturity of the RUB 59.3billion secured loan issued in February 2018 has been extended from 2023 to 2025.
- The loan can be repaid during 2024 and 2025, while the maturity of the RUB 24.0 billion unsecured loan issued in July 2018 has been stretched from 2021 to 2024.
- The new loan agreement is to further optimise the Corporation's debt portfolio.
