Shanta Gold Limited restructures its convertible loan notes

Shanta Gold Limited (LON: SHG) has reported about the restructuring of convertible loan notes.

  • The company has reported that it received a binding undertaking from holders of the Company's outstanding unsecured subordinated convertible loan notes due April 2020.
  • The convertible loan notes represent 77.14 per cent by nominal value of vote for the restructuring it, which could allow the company to redeem the Loan Notes prior to the due date.
  • On 20th February 2020, at the time of writing, GMT 08:11 AM, SHG shares were trading at GBX 12.38, down by 0.03 points or 0.20% against the previous day closing price.
