Oil prices cooled after early rally as on January 2020

·         Crude oil prices softened after early rally it registered in Wednesday’s session, as Iran reportedly launched attack against US military troops in Iraq. Iran said that this a slap in the face of the United States. However, oil prices cooled after early gain, because many argued that till oil facilities are not targeted, there is no serious concern.

·         The international crude oil benchmark Brent Crude traded 1.54% lower at $67.36/bbl and Crude WTI traded 2.03% lower at $61.13/bbl at the time of writing at 03:15 PM GMT.
