Mortgage approval for House Purchase in the UK surpasses expectation in November 2019

As on January 03, 2020, Bank of England reported that the number of mortgages sanctioned for house purchase in Britain increased to 64,993 in November 2019, 543 units more than the consensus forecast of 64,450. Net mortgage lending in November 2019 surged by £4.05bn against an expectation of £3.90bn.
