        The company reiterated that it will make adjustments of £11.6 million to its results for 2018 and 2019 following an independent review by PwC. £9.55m is considered to relate to 2018 and will be treated as a prior period adjustment, and £2.05m to 2019 and will be treated as an exceptional item. Underlying profit before tax, before exceptional costs, is expected to be below the levels expected at the time of the company's interim results The company is restructuring its UK office to improve performance
