Resolution Minerals Limited (ASX:RML) has formally appointed Craig Lindsay as CEO of its U.S. Operations, as the company prepares to commence drilling at its US-based Horse Heaven Project. Lindsay has been serving as acting CEO of U.S. Operations since June 2025. His position has now been officially confirmed.

A seasoned veteran in the junior mining sector, Lindsay brings over three decades of experience in mining exploration and production, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development and capital markets.

Track Record in Advancing U.S.-based Resource Projects  

Lindsay has a proven track record of advancing early-stage U.S.-based resource projects through to production and eventual acquisition. He was the founder and CEO of Magnum Uranium Corp, which was acquired by NYSE-listed Energy Fuels Inc, a firm now boasting a market cap of AUD 2.2 billion.

He also founded OneAsia.com (Holding) Ltd, where he served as CFO before the firm was acquired by Tom Group Limited (SEHK: 2383) with a current market cap of AUD 0.36 billion. His resource sector experience in the U.S. further includes founding and leading Otis Gold Corp., where he oversaw the development of a large, open-pit heap leach gold project in Idaho. Under his leadership, the project progressed from staking and resource definition through to a Preliminary Economic Assessment, ultimately leading to its acquisition by Excellon Resources Inc.

In addition to his executive roles, he currently serves as a director on the boards of several North American public companies, including Electric Royalties Ltd. (TSXV:ELEC), Silver North Resources Ltd. (TSXV:SNAG), Revolve Renewable Power Corp. (TSXV:REVV) and VR Resources Ltd. (TSXV:VRR).

Driving Exploration at Horse Heaven Project

In his role at RML, Lindsay will lead the exploration efforts at the Horse Heaven Project and oversee the advancement of operations in the U.S.

RML Shares Rally

RML shares were trading 14.29% higher at AUD 0.072 per share at the time of writing on 18 July 2025.
