British Pound moves lower for the second consecutive day against the US Dollar

  • Pound Sterling traded 0.40% lower against the greenback currency at 1.3075, at the time of writing at 02:40 PM GMT, December 18. During the day session, GBP touched a low of 1.3060, a level tested as on December 12.  It also, slumped more than 3.4% from the 52-week high level of 1.3516 it registered on December 13, 2019.
